Marton Pool is a popular destination for coarse fishing, with healthy stocks of roach, rudd, tench, bream and eel. Fish from one of the jetties or take to the water by boat and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of this beautiful SSSI-designated pool.
The pool is also renowned for its impressive pike, with specimens exceeding 28lb having been landed over the years, making it an exciting challenge for experienced anglers. Fishing is exclusively available to holiday home owners. Please note that, to protect the pool’s unique wildlife and support natural breeding, fishing is not permitted between 15 March and 16 June each year.
